DJ's 2nd Birthday

2 years old already, where does the time go...spoken like a true mother right? The pictures below were taken at Grandma Pat and Papa Dennis" house, they helped DJ have a special 2nd birthday.

Snow In Long Beach

Snow was brought into North Long Beach for the kids to play in in December. DJ wasn't too sure about it at first but after getting some gloves on he had a great time!

North Pole Express


On DJ's birthday we took a ride on the North Pole Express with Tessa, Brody and Val. The boys had a great time playing in their pajamas. They ate tamales, bounced in the bouncy houses and rode the merry go round. On the train we sang Christmas songs, had chocolate milk and cookies and then got a visit from Santa.

DJ got to wear the Elmo costume that Daddy bought him twice, first to a Halloween party in the neighborhood and then last night on Halloween. He had no problem keeping it on.

DJ's bucket got kind of heavy but he wasn't letting anyones else hold his loot!

He got the hang of things pretty quick.

DJ's First Visit To The Dentist

Daddy took DJ to his first dentist appointment yesterday. He was a big boy and didn't even cry. He got his teeth cleaned and polished and has his next appointment in March.
