Visit With Grandma V

My mom came to CA for a visit recently and had a great time with DJ!

We took DJ to the Japanese Garden at Cal State Long Beach to feed the giant Koi. He had so much fun looking at all of the fish. He tried to step into the water and even tried to eat their food!

Our First Trip To The Zoo


We just went to a small, local zoo for the day. DJ had a ball! There we animals to see but more importantly lots of things to climb on and touch.

So I know it has been awhile since I've posted but there are many reasons, pick your favorite:

1. I was traveling in January (5 nights in Mexico & 3 nights in Dallas). DJ and Daddy spent some quality time together.

2. DJ got his 2nd ear infection in a month, what followed was a weekend of 102.something fevers and a case of Roseola.

3. I haven't been feeling great and was diagnosed with mononucleosis this morning.

That is pretty much what we have been up to. I have been trying to take some pics in between all of the craziness and hope to be updateing the blog on a regular basis again. Enjoy!
